  • Depending on your computer’s operating system (e.g. Windows or MacOS) and the web browser you are using (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Safari), the PDF file may either open or download to your computer.
  • You must have a PDF reader to read the files. Most computer have the PDF reader built-in. If you do not have the PDF reader, download one free from Adobe.
  • Locate the PDF bulletin file and double-click on it to open and read.
