Men’s Club

Welcome to the Temple Beth Tikvah’s Men’s Club! Every year from October through the following April, our Men’s Club hosts monthly breakfast meetings for members & guests. Our Officers & Board of Directors meet once a month. These meetings are open to all men of our Temple.

Every year during the month of December, our Men’s Club sponsors an annual Habilitation Dance for the clients of The Palm Beach Habilitation Center. Our Men’s Club also sponsors an annual Shabbat weekend every year.

Dues are $25 per year. Contact the Office for more information and to pay your dues.

  • November breakfast on Sunday, November 14, 2010, at 10:00 AM (after Minyan). All Men’s Club members and non-members invited.  Speaker, Phil Kronzek will discuss the Palm Beach County Fire & Rescue emergency response system.
  • Annual membership meeting on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at 10:00 AM (after Minyan) All Men’s Club members and prospective Men’s Club members are invited. Please see your flyers for the  agenda, enjoy Sundaes and other refreshments too!
  • September breakfast on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 10:00 AM, after Minyan. Guest speaker Orly Jacobs, Temple Beth Tikvah Religious School Principal will discuss the direction of our school and the exciting program being introduced to our Temple’s youth.
  • Summer outing on Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Roger Dean Stadium, Jupiter, FL
  • Tailgate party, 2:30 PM; Toss Baseballs, 4:00 PM; Game, 5:05 PM, Palm Beach Cardinals vs. Tampa Bay Yankees
  • May breakfast on Sunday, May 16, 2010, at 10:00 AM, with guest speaker, Jerry Rosenberg.
  • Florida Regional Men’s Club, Man of the Year Celebration on March 21, 2010, 2:00 PM Temple Torah, Boynton Beach, is hosting the event.

Temple Beth Tikvah Men’s Club is a member of The International Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs & we assist the Florida Region of the Federation in forming new Men’s Clubs in our Palm Beach County, FL area.

 

At the International Convention in July 1997, we were awarded the Gold Torch Award for “Best Overall Chapter” in the United States & Canada. Another Torch Award was awarded to our Men’s Club at the International Convention in July 2001. We were the recipient of the Silver Torch Award “Best Holocaust Remembrance/Yom Hashoah Candle Program”.
